The heating element is a sealed quartz infrared tube, chosen because it handles sudden temperature changes and resists moisture getting in. Then we wrap that in a heavy-duty insulating housing. That two-layer barrier is what keeps condensation from ever reaching the electronics. The whole assembly is sealed up to IP standards, so steam and splashes don’t get a foothold. Even the connectors are ceramic-based, because they hold their insulating strength even when wet. No weak spots. No “maybe it’ll be okay.”
